Whoop Whoop Soup (s) Ker's version

1 lb Ground Sausage

32 oz chicken broth

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp mineral salt

1/2 black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder


3/4 tsp glucomannan

5 oz frozen spinach 

1 pkg seasoning blend

Bacon (air fryer and chopped)


- Brown sausage in large soup pot, add all ingredients except for gluc, spinach, seasoning blend and bacon

- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and slowly sprinkle in gluc, cook until thick.

- Once thick add spinach and seasoning blend, cook until thawed, remove from heat and add bacon.

- ENJOY!
